The Goddess Retreat Reservation and Payment
Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot at The Goddess Retreat. A $50 deposit to hold your spot will be due upon signing up. This deposit is non-refundable. The final payoff of all account balances must be made by May 15th. Payments can be made any time between now and then.
Should an extenuating circumstance keep you from being able to attend camp, and you have made payments, please contact Jennifer Galbreath to discuss refund options. The $50 deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance, as it holds your place for the retreat.
By submitting the form below and paying the $50 deposit, you agree to the information being released to the directors of The Goddess Retreat to be used in effectively planning the retreat. Your information will not be shared with any other people. Credit card information will not be kept on file. You also agree to the non-refundable deposit.

Confirmation and Additional PaperworkOnce you have submitted your reservation form and paid the non-refundable $50 deposit, you will receive an email confirmation along with additional paperwork and instructions for the retreat. Please fill them out and return them as soon as possible.
